BORN OF GOD

Bless the Name of the Lord Jesus, it's wonderful to have you here, God bless you as you prayerfully read this article

Have you accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of your life? If yes, congratulations child of God! If no, congratulations also, because you are a potential candidate to beginning a New Life in Christ, Hallelujah……

Now, it is brutally dangerous to live without Jesus! Human kind are spiritual beings because they have the spirit aspect. If the spirit of man has no relationship with the Spirit of God, it is subject to manipulation by the devil. When the spirit of man is manipulated, the life of such a one is manipulated.

The scripture tells us that without Jesus, we cannot come to God, He is the way, the Truth and Life….

So, what happens when we get born again?

John.1.11 – He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. –

John.1.12 – But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His Name

When we accept, believe and receive Jesus as Lord and Savior ,

1.He gives us the right to become children of God.

Wow! Think about it! When we approach God in prayer with the understanding that He is our Father; not a strange frightening giant up there!

God wants and infact longs to have a Father-son relationship with you and I! 2Cor.6.18 – “I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the LORD Almighty.” —Hallelujah!

John.1.13 – who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. ––

2. He gives us a new foundation in God- Our new birth is not physical, not ‘pollutable’, not corruptible . God becomes the Origin our lives.

Foundations of Ungodliness, witchcraft, sorcery, sin, separation from God and every root of evil, past failures and makes are uprooted in the Name of Jesus! Col.2.6 – As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, -col.2.7 – rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.

John.3.3 – Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” — —

3. Jesus Christ gives us access to the Kingdom of God, qualified to partake of the riches, blessings, abundance,power and authority and the nature of God. Eph.2.18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

John.14.17 – …the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. —

4. Upon being born of God, we receive the Spirit of God

The Spirit of God can only be received by a believer in Jesus Christ. Just going to church or subscribing to a religion or movement does not qualify one to receiving the Holy Spirit. He is a gift as a result of a relationship with Jesus Christ. (We shall have a discussion about this incredible blessed gift from God through Jesus Christ on a special article)

To sum it up, you and I are spiritual beings, it is this spirit that either submits to God or to the devil,no in-between. On either side, it’s the spirit we connect with that defines who we become and for whom we live! I have chosen God,the only true God,the creator of heavens and earth, through Jesus Christ!

This is a higher to you who is reading this! Have you received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life? If yes, Glory! Build yourself up in the most Holy Faith,

If not, and you have heard the Spirit of God convict you and call you to Jesus, please believe and pray this prayer with me;

Lord Jesus, thank you for speaking to me,

I have heard your word, and I receive it,

I confess that I am a sinner, and I believe that you came to take away my sins and reconcile me to God.

Lord, forgive me all my sins,past failures and mistakes, wash me in the Blood of redemption, take away my shame and defeat, give me you oh Jesus,

Delete my name from the book of death and judgement and write my name in the Book of life. Right now, I am saved and forgiven! In Jesus' wonderful Name!Amen

THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST

(part one)

Greetings in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord! Glory to God in the highest.

Thank you for taking your time to click on this article, the Lord do you good as you read it with open heart and prayerful Spirit.

Anytime a name is mentioned, it goes deeper to the meaning of the name being provoked into being. The name carries the purpose and the spirit that accomplishes the purpose through the person being named! In this study, I’d love that we talk about the Name of Jesus!

Luke.1.30 – Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. -31 – And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name JESUS.

Here we see the Angel of the Lord announce good news to the virgin Mary, the conception and bringing forth of a SON. His name shall be JESUS! ( notice that the name is given by the Angel before the ‘son’ is born)

Luke 1:32 – He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. 33 – And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.” ––

The purpose of Jesus, His work and reason for being born is clearly given by the Angel.

This is the point, the moment I call on Jesus, that’s not just a name like Kamau or Mutinda! Infact I have an issue with those of us who call our children this name! It’s not just a name! It carries Heavenly mandate, rulership and authority! Joseph the husband of Mary didn’t choose the name, it was given by the Angel of God!

Matt.1.20 – But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. — 21 – And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins.” —

Hey Child of God! Anytime you and I call on Jesus and nothing happens, something is wrong with us! The name of Jesus provokes Heavenly visitation and authority! No wonder :Acts.19.13 – Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, “We exorcise you by the Jesus whom Paul preaches.”

Acts.19.14 – Also there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so. -15 – And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?” —

These young men, the Bible calls them ‘itinerant Jewish exorcists’, called upon the name of Jesus over demons when they had no relationship with Jesus! The result is that Acts.19.16 – Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded. —

Nevertheless, we see that upon calling the demons out in the Name of Jesus, there was a reaction that caused even the demons to speak! If the men had the right standing and relationship with Jesus, they couldn’t have been overpowered!

It’s time we begin to recheck ourselves, get out of futility of religion and desire real results! Jesus Christ must manifest, respond, do and deliver when we call upon Him! He’s not an idea, HE LIVETH!

When is the last time you called on Jesus and sickness disappeared, or demons cast out, or that which you were praying for happened??

Acts.3.6 – Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” — 7 – And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. –.8 – So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them–walking, leaping, and praising God. –9 – And all the people saw him walking and praising God. —

I don’t know whether we are reading the same Bible! But if so, I see Peter manifest healing in the Name of Jesus to a man lame from his mother’s womb! Jesus has not changed, He is the same yesterday, today and forever! If He did it yesterday, He can do it today! Thus we must ask ourselves, what is wrong with us? Why is nothing happening? We must put our faith into a serious scrutiny!

My brother/ sister, the name of Jesus carries Power and the Glory of God! It MUST NEVER BE MENTIONED IN VAIN!

In the next part we’ll go deeper! So that we are put right with God, and in full control with authority and power in the Name of Jesus!

I Decree and Declare

#I am supernatural! Because I carry supernatural Jesus! I refuse to be natural/ carnal!

#I refuse to call on Jesus and nothing happens! I carry Jesus, who responds when I call! Signs, miracles and wonders are my portion in the Name of Jesus Christ!

#Any belief system, mental filters, veil of religion and thoughts that limit my faith in Jesus, Let them be broken in the Name of Jesus Christ!

#The Jesus of My Bible must come from it, enter my life, my situations, my family and everything about me, and manifest His Power; break limitations, cages, bondages and end any influence of the devil over my life ! In the Name of Jesus Christ!

Jesus Christ, I believe you are the son of God! May your presence in me attract heavenly Glory, Power and ability! Teach me Lord to walk in the Spirit, to manifest your Kingdom and to please you all the days of my life! In the Name of Jesus Christ!

You’re blessed of God, destined for greatness! The Lord do you good!

THE AUTHORITY AND POWER OF JESUS CHRIST (Special Topic)

Greetings in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Grace and peace be multipled to you and your household in the Name of Jesus Christ!

2 Tim. 1.12 For this reason I also suffer these things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that Day.

What do you know about Jesus Christ? Having accepted Him as Lord and Savior,if you have, it’s of high importance that you acquaint yourself with Him! Get to know all you can about Him by the Help of His Spirit. The information you have and believe about Jesus Christ is what The Holy Spirit activates to work and manifest in your life.

Therefore, in this special article, we delve into the Authority and Power of our Lord Jesus Christ;

All Authority in Heaven and on earth and under the earth has been given to Jesus Christ

Matt.28.18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Matt.28.19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, (NKJV).

Authority is the power to give orders or make decisions : the power or right to direct or control someone or something. Believer in Jesus Christ, child of God, Jesus Christ in you is the only one who has power to order your life! Not demons, not witches, not sin, nor circumstances! It’s Jesus Christ alone. That’s why He gives a command “go therefore and make disciples of all nations….”

There is no rulership , Lordship, dominion, authority,power or name greater than Jesus Christ! They are all subject to Him.

Eph. 1.20 – which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, -.21 – far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. -.22 – And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, —

The Authority and Power of Jesus Christ is from God the Father,the sovereign King

Matt.11.27 – All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. —

Angelic beings, spiritual authorities and powers have been subjected to Him

1 Pet. 3.22 who has gone into heaven and is at the right hand of God, angels and authorities and powers having been made subject to Him.(NKJV)

The business of Jesus Christ is to destroy every rule and authority and power, then deliver the Kingdom to the God the Father!

1 Cor.15.24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. 1 Cor.15.28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all. (NKJV)

Jesus Christ in the life of a believer is not a joke! Having the knowledge of what you carry empowers to operate in the dimensions God has predetermined beforehand. A believer rightly positioned in Christ is a threat to the kingdom of darkness. The example we are follow is of Jesus Christ himself in the incarnate form!

Col.2.9 – For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; –Col.2.10 – and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. –

I Decree and Declare

#Every rulership, authority and power and dominion of the enemy, evil spirits and manipulators over my life are TERMINATED now in The Name of Jesus Christ!

#I refuse to be subject to anything, anyone, any power, or name that is named, BUT JESUS CHRIST ALONE, In the Name of Jesus Christ!

# I end every oppression, operations of others lordships over my life, my family and my destiny In the Name of Jesus Christ

#I put on Jesus Christ , build myself in Him and allow Him to rule over my life, in the Name of Jesus Christ!

#I carry Jesus Christ, I rest in Christ! In Him I move, in Him I live and have my being! I am complete in Christ, in Jesus’ Name!

#I walk with understanding, Power of God, the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the guidance of the Spirit of God! In the Name of Jesus Christ.

These I Believe , Declare and Receive,In Jesus’ Mighty Name! Amen

OUR NEW LIFE IN CHRIST

Something new happens when one accepts and believes in Jesus Christ- a spiritual rebirth.

John.1.12 – But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:13 – who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

When One is born again, He/she becomes a child of God, born of the Spirit. Upon this rebirth, new life begins. New life in Christ.

2Cor.5.17 – Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

The old life of sin, separation (alienation) from God (col 1:21), struggle, defeat, torment and bondage by the enemy comes to an end, and behold, all things become new.

This is to mean that If you accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, something in your life must have changed. If the struggles are the same,no change has occurred, this is an awakening call to you,rise and claim your portion in prayer! The Promises of God over our lives is Yes! And Amen is said by us to the Glory of God!

So what do we have In Christ Jesus

  1. Freedom from sin/victory over the sin nature(the flesh). Rom.6.22 – But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. — —

Rom.8.9 – But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

10 – And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. — null

2. The eternal life – this is the life of God in us.

Rom.6.23 – For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. —

1John.1.2 – the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us– —

1John.5.11 – And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. — 1John.5.12 – He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. —

3. The Spirit of God

This is to mean, any other spirit (the spirit of darkness,sin, failure, lack, struggle etc) initially in control before being born of God must vacate and give way for the Spirit of God to occupy your body. (Deliverance happens here)

Gal.3.13 – Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), —
Gal.3.14 – that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. —

4. Sonship to God

Gal.3.26 – For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. —

Rom.8.15 – For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” —

Having a roadmap through this knowledge to the plan of God for you,and essentially what God has availed to every believer born again, it is my prayer that Fire of the Spirit in kindled in your spirit Never to settle for less. The Bible says Hos.4.6 – My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. —

#I refuse to be victimized by the devil

# I claim my inheritance in Christ Jesus

#Anything that has been limiting me , hindering my blessings, attracting a life of sin and struggle in my life, I pull it down in the Name of Jesus!

#Spirit of poverty, delay, lack and retrogression, I reject you, you have no control over my life and destiny,In the Name of Jesus!

#Abundance is my portion, promotion, Spirit of God, The favor of God, Every spiritual blessings In the Name of Jesus Christ

# I am victorious,more than a conqueror, I have Power over sicknesses, demons, serpents and scorpions In the Name of Jesus Christ!

Thank you Jesus for loving me, giving me the life of God! I adore you, Thank you for the Holy Spirit; my Helper, In Jesus’ Holy Name! Amen
